Booking

Find a place by search, category or the map, pick a service and a free time, and send the booking. You sign in with your phone number; there's no password.

Some businesses confirm at once. Others answer your request first, and you see the answer in My bookings.

Changing or cancelling

Open the booking in My bookings. Each business sets how long before the visit you can change or cancel for free; the booking says so. If it's too late to do it here, call the business.

Reviews

After a visit you can write a review, for up to 30 days. You can change it for 7 days after writing it. Businesses can't delete reviews, but they can reply or report one to the Ýeral team.

Your account

Change your name, phone number and language in your profile. You can delete your account there too: upcoming bookings are cancelled, and your account, favourites and reviews are deleted.

For businesses

Set up your business in the Ýeral Business app: the services, the hours, the team and how you take bookings. The Ýeral team checks each new business before it opens to clients.
