Who we are

Ýeral is run by Azamat Jorayev, Turkmenistan. In this policy, “we” means Ýeral.

This site is a demo

Ýeral is in development. The businesses here are examples, the sign-in code shows on the screen instead of arriving by SMS, and no SMS is sent. Anyone who types a phone number can sign in as that number, so please don't put anything real or private here, and don't use a number you wouldn't want someone else to type.

This policy will change before Ýeral opens for real, and each market gets its own version, checked by a lawyer there.

What we keep

• Your account: your phone number, name, language and photo, if you add one.
• What you do on Ýeral: your bookings, notes on them, reviews and favourite places.
• What business teams enter: the business's details and photos, their team, and their client records, which can include names, phone numbers and notes about clients.
• Technical data: your internet address, browser and the pages you ask for, in the server's logs and in the limits that stop abuse.

Why we use it

To sign you in, to make and manage bookings, to show a business the bookings made with it, and to keep the service working and safe. We don't sell your data, we don't show advertising, and we don't use analytics or tracking.

Who sees it

• A business you book with sees your name, your phone number and your booking, and keeps its own record of your visits.
• Visitors see your reviews under your first name and initial.
• The Ýeral team sees what it needs to check businesses and reported reviews.
• Services that help run Ýeral: the company hosting our server, the map and address-search providers, which see your internet address when a map or an address search loads, and Cloudflare, for the domain and e-mail.

Where it's kept

On a server in the European Union.

How long we keep it

Until you delete your account. Then your upcoming bookings are cancelled, and your account, favourites and reviews are deleted. Each business keeps its own visit records, no longer linked to a Ýeral account. Copies taken before an update may keep your data a while longer.

Demo data can be reset at any time.

Cookies and storage

We use cookies only to keep you signed in. Your browser also remembers small conveniences, such as the city you chose. Nothing here tracks you across other sites.

Your choices

You can change your details and delete your account in your profile. To ask what we hold about you, for a copy of it, or for anything else in this policy, write to us at the address below.
