What Ýeral is

Ýeral connects clients with businesses that take bookings. It's run by Azamat Jorayev, Turkmenistan. Using Ýeral means you accept these terms. It's free, and no payment goes through it: you pay the business at the place.

This site is a demo

Ýeral is in development. The businesses here are examples and a booking with one is not real: nobody is expecting you. The service may change, stop or lose data at any time, and we make no promise that it works.

Your account

You sign in with your phone number. Use a number that's yours, and keep your details true. You're responsible for what's done from your account.

Bookings

A booking is between you and the business. Ýeral passes it on but isn't a party to it. The business sets its own rules, such as how long before a visit you can cancel for free, and it can confirm or decline a request. After repeated no-shows, a business can limit you to booking by phone.

Reviews

A review must be honest and about a visit you really made. The Ýeral team can remove one that's false, insulting, about another business, or spam.

Businesses

A business is responsible for what it publishes and for the service it gives. The Ýeral team checks a new business before it opens to clients, and can hide or close one, telling its owner why.

What's not allowed

Don't make fake bookings, misuse someone else's details, send abuse, copy the site's data in bulk, or try to break or get around how Ýeral works. We can limit or close an account that does.

Our responsibility

Ýeral is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for a business's services, for a booking that doesn't go as planned, or for losses from the service being unavailable.

Ending and changes

You can delete your account at any time in your profile. We may change these terms, and the date at the top says when we last did.

These terms are under the law of Turkmenistan.
